I'm kidding of course, but pointing out the 'tension' between a perfect track setup and a optimized for tire life setup. Minimal toe for longest life.

the locking plates go on the eccentrics that are the stock way of adjusting toe...unfortunately, they do not hold adjustment very well...especially under track loads...the plate locks the eccentric so the toe adjustment doesn't change because of movement in the eccentric
