Congrats on your NEW BMW toy...
Too bad it's the "ugliest" Frankenstein bike ever built :P hehe (no offense)

I really want to buy me one of these this Spring and do my own custom body work to it...make it more "appealing" looking rather than scary LOL

Thanks Tony... The commute is just brutal in this recent rain we've been having.. Hopefully the weather clears up a bit and we can all get out and Drive..

I personally think that's part of its charm that it has a unique look and doesn't resemble every other sport bike out there.

Yeah.. Personally, I think it looks incredible.. Different from the mass of Japanese Bikes that now resemble some 14 year old's vision of what a "Transformer" Motorcycle would look like.. Have you SEEN the Honda CBR 1000, or the new Kawasaki ZX-10R? Now THOSE are some ugly freaking bikes...

On the other hand, there's no denying that the Italians have the beauty angle covered..

Yeah brother! I've been in cognito for a bit... I lurk on here still though

Once my Camaro is finished with the latest round of work, I will have to meet up with you guys for some fun on the streets. Maybe the Alice's route again perhaps?

you have great tastes in motorcycles. here's my bmw motorcycle --- the acceleration is lethargic but it has phenomenal low speed maneuverability and highway stability and it's pillion is way better than the new gs. enjoy your new toy

I've been out of the motorcycle scene for a couple of years (still have my CRF250), but WOW I didn't know BMW makes such powerful supersport bikes. I rode a 2007 GSX1000R and it almost ripped my head off, your dyno sheet just makes me daydream...
