PSM Question

So I was doing some hard accelerations in my car. When PSM comes on the circle light flashes and other times a Triangle! flashes. What is the difference between both these lights? I thought Triangle! flash only happens when you turn PSM off.

Oddly enough I just put R tires on my car...and the PSM still triggered even though I didn't "feel" any wheel spin.

The triangle lighting means PSM has engaged while driving in an unstable situation. The PSM OFF lights when you switch off PSM. When it lights along with the OBC, then there is a fault in the system that needs attention.

Hmmm. So my "PSM Off" light should not be flashing at all? I did some searching around seems like most people point to a MAF problem. But I haven't seen my ABS light come on like the others and no message on OBC. I'll try cleaning my MAF see if that changes anything.

Not entirely true. My car does it in 4th. Never looked into it because the car is not slowing down.
