Notchy Second Gear

Hello. I’m new to this thread and I see it’s been a while since the last one. My first Porsche. 997.1 with 31000 miles. Purchased it a few months ago. Forgive me for being redundant. My car shifts into second gear notchy. No grinding. Have to let it go in by itself. Can do it with two fingers but I still feel it. When cold is worse. I’m having the fluid changed and a new OEM Porsche short shift thrower to try and combat this nuance. Anybody’s opinion would be greatly appreciated.

fresh delvac 75/90 is a terrific "notchy" fix.

that said - our box is always 1/2 "notchy in COLD weather. in relative terms.
