For those of you considering this mod, it also appears to fix the whine from the power steering reservoir. That fix alone is ~$600 in parts. I'll post back after the mod and let you guys know if it worked for me. I am currently getting the whine and I hope this takes care of it.
sounds like you have a plan of action there...PM me with the details and the pricing if you don't mind...I'd like to find out from a fellow enthusiast prior to discussing this job with them, although I know those guys fairly well. thanks

i had the whine and it was fixed by doing the GT2 slave/master mod.

it is defiently worth it.

highly unlikely I know, but maybe for resale or if its too heavy for DD.

Feels like a normal GT3 clutch. Doubt any dealer would even notice for a trade in, or a buyer would think twice.

I did this mod a few months ago and don't have a low engagement point. This is with the stock clutch (at least I think it is with the stock clutch). Awesome mod as all have mentioned.
