Ok so I have metal motor mounts but even on setting 9 (softest) my PSS9's are hard, I recently changed to 6 and my wife complained profusely with good reason

My pss9 are pretty stiff also but I have them on 3 front and 2 rear. How low is your ride height. If set too low you may be hitting the internal bumpstops inside the shocks. I would stay above gt2 ride height. Car will ride better at 120 than at 40. Good luck with them. I love mine.

what do you mean by metal motor mounts, the ones from rennline? Solid ones?

Metal motors are the solid metal versions not the harder rubber ones, 6 on the rear is even harsh for me and the car is not super low, I have 4 on the front and that is fine
