Huge Props to Markski!
Just wanted to publicly thank Markski for taking some serious time out of his busy day to help out a fellow 996tt enthusiast. I'm in the middle of helping my buddy finish up a turbo swap (plus injectors, plenum, etc....), and it looked like we might have cross threaded one of the turbo lines going to the passenger side turbo check valve as it was leaking oil pretty good on start up.
Got conflicting reports on whether the engine would need to be dropped to replace this line, and thought I would shoot him a pm. He responded super quick and without hesitation invited me to give him a call. I took him up on the offer, and he patiently explained the process for converting these lines to race-grade, semi-flexible stainless lines with special fittings, so that we would not have to drop the engine if we got stuck trying to replace the hard line. He even emailed me part numbers and pictures of the fittings.
If this is how he treats someone who has never been a customer, I can only imagine the kind of personal attention and treatment customers get. I would not hesitate one bit to deal with him in the future.

I too have had the BEST experiences with Mark. He has spent so much time to lead me safely through the upgrading process, I doubt if his time works out to minimum wage. He NEVER tried to upsell me and in fact talked me out of many things that would have wasted money. He really is the man.....and soooo knowlegable!
