K24 Interchangeable right??

just a double tripple check. K24 turbos are interchangeable right? as in i can run two lefts or two rights? i have part number 5324 988 7005 and case number 5324-101-5075 now. is there any modification to run two of the same or are they direct bolt on. i know iv asked this before bt may hv found one and just checking again.

pretty sure the wastegate arms are different and the compressor and turbine housing will need to be "clocked" appropriately.

Well poop...iv heard both now. I realize part number is different. If its something that can be fixed when doing 18g upgrade then its no big deal cuz thats the plan.

not sure, but the exhaust side would be facing the wrong direction.

I'd go for it, but you might wanna call someone who's gonna convert them for you just in case. If my logic and eyes don't fool me, you can clock both housings the way you need them and the only thing different would probably be the waste-gate brackets and rods.

I have never seen a "left" or "right" turbo. You only have to index the compressor housing and now because of the casting, you may have to change wastegates as the rods are bent specifically for each turbo as one side is closer to the engine, based on where the turbine housing inlet is (as you can see in Markski's picture). NOW, I can only assume that the factory exhaust manifolds are identical also? I would say buy them, but be prepared to buy wastegates also, or at least 1?

From another vendor. Im buyin it! The search is over

The wg actuator Is the only difference outside of how they’re clocked. So, if you’re running updated actuators, then just reclock it and put new actuators and you now have a left and a right J

We actually buy one side all the time from Borgwarner because it’s cheaper than the other. We reclock them, put actuators on them, and have pairs J
