Note:You don't need spacer for the front wheel...because is almost the same with the OEM 18' ET 50(19' ET53),If you want to install spacer in front the best solution is 0,5mm max always with new longer wheel bolts

Hey Alex,
Everyone has their offset standards as to be looking good; mine is 44 front and 37 back. So if you use your 53-44=9 and 45-37=8; these are the spacers I need for my standards. With my HREs, I actually run a lot more aggressive than those... 39 front and 28 rear. Of course, the width of the wheels will make some differences too.
Go to the Tirerack website and search for offset; it has a pretty good doc on that.
