Im impressed... But actually... That was taken at a relatively new track called iCar north of Montreal. It is actually setup on part of the now little used Mirabel airport Tarmac.
I took a racing course in St-Eustache.
it was also a course, called the Jacques-Villeneuve Academy.
But yes there are track days there.

8.5 et 53 and 12 et 51 will definitely fit the 996 TT with no spacers. In fact that offset will fit any wide body 996, 997 and is a tight fit on narrow body 997 (carrera, S, GT3). That is by far the most flexible offset to fit a wide range of 911s.
You can easily run the above setup with 15mm spacers all around on a 6GT2 or or a 996T if you roll the rear fenders.

As ari stated, 8.5 et 53 & 12 et 51 will fit (these are the factory offset numbers). Unless you use spacers you will rub on the rear liners.
I run the OEM set with 14mm spacers on the front and 7mm on the rear.

The only problem are the rear 11'' (ET45 I use the same)wheels. You will need 0,9mm spacer, take a look of mine:
