While we're on the topic, since you can read any ECU, isn't tuning these cars basically copying another's program, changing some moinor parameters and putting your stamp on it?
Ari hit it on the head... The only way to recoup from development time for a much less widespread program is like that. I wish it was as simple as "changing some minor parameters" but it isn't The Bosch/Porsche Motronic with with PSM et al. is one complex SOB that only a few people in the world can truly dissect and understand...

Me? Maniac...it's just a really loud exhaust that gives that illusion...unless there is another Jay, which in case I need to meet
