Work shop took a look on the throttle and tried to move it, it found it is kind of a bit jammed but it is ok after manually move the flip, the car now performs ok again, and the throttle was actually v clean at all. Thats made me quite worry it will be happen again in soon future actually...
That doesn't sound like they solved anything. If it happens again, look for air leaks. Actually, if you haven't done it yet, you should do a boost leak test anyways.

Boost leaks have nothing to do with those codes. It's a throttle issue.

Not sure if you missed my post earlier. These were the codes that I had before I found a vacuum leak on my intake. I had no issues with my throttle at all. I know your issue was related to throttle but it's not always the case with these codes. Hopefully the op doesn't have any more problems but if he does, he should leak test.

Below is the read out from durametric, both at idle, the left hand side was pretty abnormal, and the right hand side was last night when it was fine and I drove it home, but still, I am still worrying it will come back again, I will be joining Track day after couple weeks...
Clean your throttle plate off. I got half of those codes. Spring test fail if that happens you can't drive the car. You can't touch the throttle without removing the electrical connector if you do touch it you will damage it if you don't disconnect it.
Again to you it looks clean but the other side is not.

Right, btw, the workshop found the throttle wasnt hold tight as it should be, sounds like it could be electronic\throttle issue.

this would lead me to think the TB gear is worn or broken and will probably come back .
Throttle jacking is a good sign that your throttle plate is dirty. Even if it doesn't look dirty the sensor where your position sensor is needs to Cleve cleaned because of the oil in the boost hoses..
Which sensor are u cleaning? Can u shos me what u are referring to?
