i would like to know:
price for restoration vs new....
over here we have one doing the same, but its more for oldtimers
because of the price....

I had my headlights restored professionally - locally at a body shop. wet sanded, buffed, polished, cleared, polished and cleared again. They look new. If they had to be replaced it would be 1200 a piece which is insane...

i have two little scratches on the left side, an looking for an solution.

i am from greece and i already restored my hedlights for 100e ithink very cheap.
i cant understand how you can compare to buy a new pair
of headligts

i bought a kit of amazon and it worked great on my 99 e36 so I tried it on the popo and worked great restoring them. (of course then I went and painted over them)

My headlights look horrible, yellowing with little micro cracks. I had a guy come buy and buff the sh$t out if them and only had a minor improvement. Back in my plastics engineering life we called the cracks "crazing" and not sure what to do with it.

I'm also in the bay area looking for help-
