Exhaust header bolt replacement help

I'm planning on replacing my exhaust header bolts as they have some rust on them and I'd rather replace them before they get too bad. I've looked through the 996tt repair manual that I have downloaded on my computer but can't seem to find the section that deals with that including the proper torgue, etc. The only thing that I have found is how to remove the muffer. Can any of you guys point me in the right direction? I'm not going to remove the headers, just replace each bolt one by one... thanks....

Mr swed is infamous around these parts
is this it?
Position the nine fastening screws on the cylinder head by hand and tighten in two stages. First
stage 25 Nm (18 ftlb.). Second stage 33 Nm (24 ftlb.).

Yes, thank you. It's section 21-30-19 of the manual. I must have looked right past it when I looked the first time. BTW, does anyone know if its recommended to use anti-seize compound on the exhaust manifold bolts during assembly? The Porsche manual doesn't mention it. Also, is it better (easier) to remove the bolts when the engine is hot or should it be done after the engine cools due to the different expansion rates of the aluminum heads and steel bolts? I want to minimize the chance of any of these rusty bolts breaking.
