Seat Heater Trouble - Control Module

Seat Heater Trouble - Control Module
When I turn on the driver seat heater, the light flashes red for a second and then turns off. Right seat is working OK. There is only one fuse for both - so it's not a fuse problem. Has anyone had to replace their Seat Heater Control Module? I ask because the dealer wants $250 for the module 
. I need to be sure that's it before I order one. Does anyone know where I can get one cheap?
