The Techart pieces flow together well; the wing complements the kit nicely. Looks great overall, though I must admit that I'm not a fan of the carbon fiber hood.

True there is an elevated gap in the front but in comparison to Gemballa's CF hood, fitment/alignment is a lot better at less than 1/6 of the price... You could alway opt for the RS hood which seems to be a perfect fit at $5k

I almost got this hood too but i still think it needs refinement. I can't stand that gap no matter how cheap it is. Joe, do you know if there is a way to adjust that? maybe recessing the hood latch?

I hate to say this but the carbon hood fitment was horrible, too much gap, the rim also looks too small, other than that , everything else looks nice, congrat.
hey pete n jess, the hood will look better wheni retrofit the latch i just havent had time to do it . already bought a spare latch from the dealer. me tom and arling deduced tyhat we need to take off 1/8-1/4 iinch from the length of the latch to make it fit almost perfect

i appreciate all your comments

as for 19's im still debating i still have not seen a set that i really like..

hopefully in a few months ill be getting larger wheels.. but for now the 18's stay lol...

modding these things is so addictive eh?

There's a red cab 996TT that we've worked on that has that same front end. It is a lot nicer in person

andreas will become famous soon enough
Looks great!!

I am not sure about the hood or the rims?? I love carbon fiber but feel that the hood on any other color than black may be a bit over the top?? Also the rims are nice looking but look a little on the small side??

Have fun!!!
