I've had the 3" cross-flow w/ 100 cell cats for about a year now. The exhaust sounds awesome driving around and also when going through the gears. It does drone for me when cruising around 2200-2600ish.

tx. so the general concensus is that both the 2.5 & 3.0 drone on a tip then ?

Every exhaust is going to drone. It's all relative.
