Need some advice from you guys.
I recently ordered some mode camber plates from one of our online vendors. Turns out they don't fit KW coilovers even though this was specified on their website. I called them and they agreed to do a refund. Subsequently the promised RMA never came and inspite of >5 emails to my sales adviser and 2 emails to the manager, I was not even given the courtesy of a reply. Called them as well and either I was put on hold when I mentioned who I was or I get a voice mail.
Any ideas what I can do next?

The best thing to do is to contact any of the admins or moderators with your problem and we will contact the vendor on your behalf....we don't like disputes between members, members and vendors or vendors and vendors to be battled on the board...please pm me the details of your issue...thread closed

just received a pm from TTS regarding this issue and he says it has been resolved...took too long as far as I'm concerned but it has been resolved...
