How often should radiator hoses be replaced?

How often should radiator hoses be replaced?
I am going to be replacing the two upper coolant hoses and the hose that runs from the water pump to the coolant tank since I am flushing the coolant and the the water pump hose feels a bit soft. It looks like the front radiator hoses can't be inspected without pulling the bumper so with 60k on the clock, are the front hoses worth worrying about?

How long do those front hoses last or need to be inspected? They probably don't get as hot as the one's in the engine bay but since I'm flushing the coolant I'm not sure if I should pull the bumper and replace them anyway.

Thoughts?

they should be good for 10-12 yrs.

I guess I should consider replacing them then.
