Evolution Motorsports Breaks 60-130 Record
Jag, in the spirit of full disclosure, I have to tell you that Tom doesnt even own a Porsche. He is a pizza faced, sexually confused 25 year old virgin that still lives with Mom and drives a Corolla with a 24 inch round Burns muffler sporting a rear wing that makes yours look subdued... sorry to burst your bubble amigo, but he isnt worth the keystrokes

I'm done...& its a starlet with a Rotary in it, not a Carolla.
a 30r turbo can outrun a 35r turbo in a 30 to 130 for example... all because a 35r doesnt come on full boost till 65mph...
not in all cases but in a few that is what I have seen...best to whomever did it... Ive been out of country for 2 weeks :0

the more power you have the harder it is to run faster in 60 to 130...

I would venture to say that this one is more about power under the curve, early spool up and no shift. If the up and coming evoms monsters can retain the early spool up and no shift combined with more power, there will be more faster records set by Evoms cars. Looks like E85 is proving to be the way to go. Of course I think that the reason for times this fast has everything to do with the Evom's IC's..(because that is all I have in common with this car so it must be that
)

Maybe we need to change the measuring stick now. Do I hear 30-130 MPH?

Yes...when your talking about laggy & peaky hp builds! The power comes in late & violent disrupting the car. This car has the best of both worlds, early & continuous power..
by the way, this was done with 26 lb of boost...

0 shifting certainly has it's advantages but does that define the perfect street car too? Let's say you entered 60 with higher Gs in 3rd and the turbo was tweak for even a greater output in 4th, that could result in a faster 60-130 with also perfect street driveability--even "more" perfect, perhaps? I'm just talking here and by no means am I attempting to detract from the very impressive sub 4s achievement.
