Anyone tried these boost hoses?
Anyone tried these boost hoses?
So my stock boost hoses look to be shrinking and about to die, so its time to replace them!
Check these out:

They look like they are high quality, and are much cheaper than the Agency Power ones.
What do you think, should I give it a try?

Which kit are you referring to - the one on ebay or Ken's hose kit?
Oh sorry, I was referring to Ken's Kit. Although the ones on eBay look almost exactly the same with a different brand. Who really knows though what the build quality of the eBay ones are.
For the money, I'd just spend the extra on a proven kit as this is not an area that I would be trying to save money on one of our cars. Just my $.02

FWIW, I have the Forge kit (did not buy from Ken though) and it had significant fitment issues with the given hardware. I had to buy thinner clamps as the ones incuded were way too thick and butted up into the engine bay sheet metal and intercooler tank outlet. They include one lengthened cnc IC adapter which allows you to clamp the hose inside the engine bay -no such luck for the other side. Some moderate trimming was required as well.
Well I ordered these boost hoses, and intake suction hose from ebay. Comes with a 1 year warranty so if they blow I can send em back. Will take higher quality pics and report back on the fit and finish of these guys when I get them. Wish me luck.
So what was the outcome w/your ebay hoses?
Install was good, product looks good. Had to buy my own clamps though which were about $1-2 a piece. As a previous poster mentioned, had to use thin clamps on the hose sections that go through the hole in sheet metal. I just used CV boot clamps (2 of them per connection) and those are low profile and tight.
Took it for a test drive and its holding the boost as expected!
I took pics and will post them soon.

Excellant; fitment wise everything was fine? No modifications required?
How do they compare to the stock ones size wise?
ebay hoses look nice but I thought that Porsche has specific clamps that are to go on theses hoses?? if so then why do you need to buy your own clamps? Are these the same as Ken's Forge hose kit? I recall Ken on another thread mentioning how perfect his kit was...why the need for cutting/trimming, getting clamps etc...etc... this shouldn't be happening from the kit that Ken said he has...if in fact the ebay and his kit are the same??? I am confused
