Wastegate question

I had a pair of Evo westgates with my K24/18 set up and the other day found out one of the westgates wasnt working!!!
So i just put back the original westgates from K24s
i did the test with the vacuum pump and the rod starts moving at 5psi
I also have a greedy booster
Do i need to adjust the rods for boost or set the boost with the greedy?
i read the thread with the westgate adjust but i cant understand how to do it anyone has a video?
i tried turn the nuts and the rod pulls out of the westgates but the rod still moves at 5psi

I think you want the wastegate to start to move around 10-12 psi. Anything lower will open them up too quickly and will cause the greddy solenoid to studder.

After you set them, then tune the greddy and be sure to check for boost leaks - search for boost leak tester - pretty easy with some Lowes supplies!
