Ok so My car has a problem with MAF sensors. When it starts to build boost on high gears the car throws codes
the car is running strong but I want to have this resolved. I was told to go with a hitachi MAF and different tune but is this what I really need?
These are some of the mods currently on the car:
GT28 hybrid turbos
Giac 650 tune (For the speed gallery 650 kit)
Cargraphic exhaust, 100 cell cats, and headers
Plenun and larger throtle body
FVD intakes piping
custom wastegates
custom fuel pump
RWD conversion
GT2 clutch

I am cleaning the MAF as we speak. The previous owner did tell me about the issue and I believe he had changed the MAF previously. honestly it only affects the car when I really push it on high gears the PMS and ABS lights come off and I got an engine code once.
I just ran with a Shelby gt 500 and I walked him bad so performance wise I dont think it's affecting it but I want my car to be 100% and without any little bugs

and you still have the same issue? if so then its the tune... also, pushing too much power causes that to happen too.. looking at your mods you might be at the edge...

how much power do you think my car should be at judging on the mods? I was told the power factor was most likely the cause of the problem hence the need for a tune and MAF btw I think I have the old gt28s and not the alphas
Oh you may have the K16 based 28s... I dont want to figure what your making.. its really up to the actual set up.. turbos and tune... a safe number is 550 whp... but that doesnt blow mafs...

yeah, I am going to as the precious owner about the turbos.
I am looking for a dyno in my area to see what it is making.. maybe that way I can narrow down the causes of the problem

all you need is to log it via durametric...
rpm
engine load
ignition angle
oxygen sensing, actual vale lamda bank 1 and and bank 2
boost pressure of sensor
setpoint boost...
this will tell you a lot... not HP but will tell you how good is the tune...
maybe log hot film maf too
3rd gear pull from 2200 to 6500... full throttle..
