and while I 'm at it ..... I see a 959 about 2 x per month on the road ( my neighbor is Bruce Canepa) for whatever that is worth

That has got to be the sweetest looking car ever built! EVER!!

Of course i am never in my GT3 when i see those guys driving.... always in the Cayenne....

The thread didn't go quite in the direction I tried to move it in.

I should have started my own thread that said:

I don't care about your opinions, I don't care about what car you like to drive on the street, I don't care which you think is more fun, or which is the truer sports car. All I care about are the facts to support one or another as a better racing platform for a production series.

Somehow I don't think that would have gotten to many responses. Doesn't leave much room for measuring up.

useless.... the whole lot.
Speak for yourself! I have been professionally trained and raced in many formula dodge races and ASA stock car races. I think that is a pretty big blanket to throw out. I am sure there are many people on this board who have never even driven on a track but there are others with my level of experience and some with alot more than me.
