Softronic Software for 2004 GT2
Does anyone know if Softronic makes a tune specifically for the 2004-5 GT2 model years? I can't find information on this anywhere. I have a 2004 GT2, and as most everyone knows the HP was bumped to 489 in 04-05 v. 462 in 02-03. Any input would be appreciated.

The answer is yes and we make specific or custom flashes for all Porsche cars starting with 1999. This would be flash able by the OBD2 port from the 1999 996 C4 and up.
Softronic hasn't in the past listed every configuration on our web site since the tuning is done from the read out. Basically you could have a 2001 996TT , 2004 996TT X50 ,996TT S , 2004 GT2 etc. and after the read out the custom file is made to your specs and sent to you. The initial sale would just be under a 996TT yet after that it is to the cars specifications.
We are currently working on a new site that will have all the models listed so there is no confusion yet the software will always be made specific to the car.
