If you took that as a racial term, it for sure was not intended as such. It's actually only used, as far as I know, to describe the import 'Fast & furious' type car scene. The most popular mod being the required giant fart can muffler. As far as the biker world goes, that usually refers to the Harley crowd, you may know more about that than I do. I have a sport bike & an offroad bike, been racing for a good bit of the 42 years I've been riding. The whole 'biker culture' deal is not my thing.
