Can I ask, did you gain any extra headroom when you changed to these seats?

 

Yeah -- I've struggled with this question. I have the supple leather and, at first, I didn't feel like I was in the seat as much as I would have preferred. I have tried out some the sport seats and you definitely feel more inside the seat. However, the car is also a semi-daily driver for me -- so I want to be able to get in and out of the seat quickly and comfortably as well. Just looking for the right balance there.

 

managed to sit a '98 C4S (?) and with perforated leather,i was ok with the seat in the lowest spot.
I would say,it's probably not as much of a seat issue as much as of the 996 interior ergonomics.
If supple is too cushioned for me,i would just swap them out for some sport seats which i am going to do it any way...
Attached is the picture of the seat in question.. I am not too sure if it's in the highest or the lowest position ? ( any one interested in trading them for sport seats ? )

do you have any photos im curious how they look, i know the last 997 seat i sat in was great compared to ours.
