Thumbs up Speed Sensor Removal

Dose anyone now the best way to remove the speed sensor as I have tried today to remove my one and have had loads of problems as it seems to be stuck in there as it has not been replaced in some time looing at it, I tried to move it and also lubed it up with loads of WD40 and now it has snapped the top of and have only got a little bit showing so there is not much to grab on with. Dose anyone have any ides on how to remove it?
I have also uploaded a pic for you to see what I mean.

Thank you

it should have just pulled out when u removed the retaining bolt......looks like its just stuck....Now my suggestion would be to carefully pick away at it being careful not to mar the sides of the hole where the sensor sits.If this doesnt work u will need to pull the axle and push it through from the inside. If u do remove the axle be sure to buy a new axle nut.Good Luck!

you could drill a couple of little holes in it..screw in a couple sheet metal screws
space them apart so you could get in a big screw driver to pry it up...

or if you have a small slide hammer..(harbor freight) cheap.run just one sheet metal screw then attach slide hammer.
just no idea if you have the room to do that.
