The DIY spells it out nicely the only thing I did different was put the tape on the splitters and duct while installed on the car and marked them so I could work out placement. Then I removed and drilled them out.

No, I bought the car with them in there. I actually don't even have the car in my possession yet, otherwise I would run outside and grab some more pics for you.
