Come on guys? The guy is an enthusiast. Cut him some slack. In his country things are a bit different from here as far as certain tastes go. But he is truly a nice guy and loves OUR cars. Personally, I'll rep a person with a motorized skateboard if he feels it.

Here's another pic of the man's pride.

I think it's fine without the GT2RS stuff and front lic. plate and take off the ferrari looking porsche sticker on the fender.

Subtlety is hard to achieve and it's easy to miss the mark when cosmetically modding. The trick is that the car should look stock to a casual onlooker, but have that IT quality, an attraction that you can't put your finger on.

The car looks fine, the guy is just over badge-ing it

He's from Mexico and that's where the work was done. They are probably a little bit more flamboyant than us. Let him have his fun.

For those that knows him, do you tell him it looks silly? The CF wrap looks like it was done by a 9 year old. The matte paint looks like an up-painted car. Why oh why?
I'll give someone my honest opinion if they ask for it. We are all different and his taste is obviously very "unique" but he loves porsche, has always been super nice to everyone as far as I can tell so I dont have anything negative to say about him as a person. I meet a dbag every weekend with some crazy modded lambo or somethin. This guy is harmless.

the look is definitely not my thing but hey, if we all had the same preferences it would be very boring out on the streets. but the GT2 RS batch is too much..

That front bumper looks nice in my opinion ... anyone know which type it is?

Wing badges are a nice touch too but each to their own

I am sure he is a fine fellow, but that is not working for me. Too much carbon fiber.

The rear and the side intake vent look pretty good... much better than the front. The wrap and the GT2 RS logo is gross.

I was at the open house (that's my GT silver Turbo S in the background) and I couldn't believe what that guy did to that poor car but to each his own..at least it's a turbo!

I'm not a fan at any of it from the 997 bumpers to all the badging. Are we even sure it's a TT. There are kits out there to cut vent slots in the fenders of NA 996s to get the look. To each their own I guess. If it makes him happy then I guess that's what counts.

I have seen him there too. I am sure that wrap was not cheap.
