porsche radio/nav question

My car just came back from the shop but the car radio is not working. I put in the pcm code the screen turns on and displays car and a/c info but nothing happens when you pres am/fm, cd, or tape. Can anyone please help me figure this out sitting in traffic with no music really sucks. Lol

There is a separate radio code - get that and plug it in and you will be good.

I put in the pcm and navi code that's what it asks for. Is there some type of lockout feature if someone puts in the wrong code too many times?

Maybe, I know on mine it asks for the radio and pcm code separate - when you undo the battery, on the first screen, you have the option for radio code or pcm.

I usually just put in the radio code, and then shut the radio off and back on and the pcm works as well without entering the code.
