D33PBLU3 Protomotive build
regulator usually goes on the return. btw if you are doing E85 and pistons I would have raised the static compression to 10:1. That would be perfect for E85. what injectors are you using?

The problem with compression is I live at 7000' altitude and pump is 91 craptane. We have allot of e85 stations in larger towns but not necessarily everywhere. I am also playing this a little conservative as well.
I think there is a regulator on the return as well, might be used to join the feeds. I'll get some pics posted and you can tell me what you think, I'll have to go through my emails about the injectors...BIG, but not too big for 91 if needed. Interestingly, I dont need to change the tune to run 91/93 if needed.

high elevation is def a good reason to bump your static compression if you run E85 and swap pistons. high comp + e85 = win
to run the car on E85 you need about 33-35% more fuel then on fuel. so at same rail pressure you would need a 1350cc injector on E85 to do the same job a 1000cc injector was doing on regular fuel. if your car is tuned on stock ECU there is no way (that i know of at least) to make the same tune work on E85/91oct. the factory GM FlexFuel (can do both E85 and 91/93) cars are equiped with a pricey 350$ sesnor that tells the ECU ethanol content. ECU has to be designed to recognize this input and adjust accordingly.
here is a neat little setup you may want to look into, if you haven't already.

Todd started dyno-tuning today, our first baseline run was around 15psi boost/1 bar. 680whp / 613wtq! I dont have a dyno sheet to study the curve yet but again this was just the first baseline run - We should be a 2-3 hundred whp higher by the time its all said and done. Not too shabby :-)

I bet you that your car will make over 950whp.
Todd/protomotive also has a high boost version that is 12-1400hp but when given throttle you're looking at guardrails and almost impossible to keep in the lane
I opted for the lower power of 8-900whp, but this baseline pull was definitely more than I expected for 1bar

That is BOSS at 1bar!! You are still using Alpha30s right ?

Prodigy, yep modified alpha 3076's
Alex - we converted to RWD, really didn't want to but had concerns of the reliability of the front differential, I have R888's to compensate for traction.

You have stock or regrind cams?
