All users-I have been lasered 5 times (i found out through my V1), however, my K40 never once went off, do you know what might be wrong. (The K40 was professionaly installed underneth the front plate)
I have K40 radar and diffuser built in...
No tickets (knoock on wood), and I know the Diffuser works...
Long story short:
Pulled over by security gaurd in my development who was shooting lazer, asked if I had any type of jamming device...I replied no....his reply "**** my gun broke"
Regards,
Evan
PS-Front is mounted in middle opening in front and rear is in left rear tail light...

The $3,900 includes the Valentine One mirror, the front and rear laser jammer transponders (either Lidatek or K40) and installation.

The diffuser should be put both in the front and rear. I am not sure why your K40 is not providing you with a laser alert.

Let me know if I can be of further assistance.

Evan, that is one funny story, I am in the process of befriending a local cop so that I can test out my jammer with his laser gun. This weekend I might put a rear jammer on, also, I might tint my windows. The guy is charging me 400-500 on the tint (depending on if he has to order the tint), is this overpriced, and also, what tint do you think i should get (got a black turbo), I was thinking 25% all around and 5% in the back. Thanks

I have 22% and love it, dark but still easy to see out of at night. I was going to go 6% all around, but drove my tint guys BMW at night and couldn't see crap... 25% sounds good but beware the 5%.... My tint was $130......
Here is my Turbo (22%) and the GT2 is stock windows:

Wow, you guys are tough customers! How about we ask you how much you would want to pay for one of the mirrors?

What would you pay?

Cheers.

I really don't see the purpose of the mirror if you have a V1 mounted on the w/shield or visor and it defeats the purpose of concealment if you want the covert display. Now, if it had the V1 built in, that would be worth looking at. I would probably willing to go for a exchange/buy deal if it was a built in V1.

I have also had the same concealment issue. When you think about it, why spend the $ on a mirror when all you are doing is moving the V1 box to another location, on the visor or ?? Still no concealment.
