I think it was originally listed for 55k a while ago, so the price has been going down for a while.
I looked at the service records, looks like it's had oil changes fairly recently.
I'm going to get a PPI done tomorrow, we'll see what comes of it.

 

Price is a bit high to me.For reference my 02 tip w/ pss 9's,wheels,45k mi's was 40k.I've noticed over the years that tips generally go a bit cheaper than the 6spds providing 2nd gear is ok etc.The trade in value seems a bit generous.Anyway I'am just on the other side of The Woodlands w/ plenty of free time,so if you'd like me to take a look let me know.I won't be able to look underneath though-something that I believe is a must for proper insp.

 

Hmm, the market must have taken off a bit, or you got a steal. I haven't seen a car that cheap with mileage that low, especially a tip.
Either way, i went to take a look at it yesterday, it's getting inspected today so we'll see what comes up.
