Rennline makes some really nice pedal setups

They have them with rubber backing too

Do they require that you drill into your current pedals?

Edit: yes they do

Vivid has a nice set also. For the good stuff you have to drill you stock pedals. The slip on type isn't very durable and somewhat dangerous. Drilling take just a few minutes. On the only tricky part is to make sure the new pedals are aligned with each other. Cover your floor with a blanket or something to make sure you get all the metal shavings out.
