JIC/Cross Coilovers
Hi Guys,
I have been lurking on this forum for a while and I finally have something to contribute to the discussion! I just had a set of the JIC coilovers installed on my '01 TT and they are absolutely amazing! From looking at the previous posts, I was worried that the new suspension would be too harsh. Far from it. I actually think that the set up I have is more forgiving than the stock suspension on bad roads and far more stable than stock in corners and at high speeds. The car feels really planted and under control at all times. I highly recommend this setup.
If anyone is interested in the details, the work was done by Farnbacher Loles Motorsports in Danbury, CT. I am not sure what kind of springs they used etc.

There are three spring rates and that affects how harsh/soft it is. By the sound of it you're either on medium or soft, both of which I've had and installed before numerous times. You're right, they're good indeed and the camber plates don't actually make it _that_ much harser...
