I am not allowed yet to post replies. I noticed you live in NC. Do you live close to Greensboro, NC? If so, or if you know, what kind of reputation does Foreign Cars Italia Dealership [Porsche,Ferrari, Aston, etc.] have? Thanks.

 

Bash...I live in Charlotte too. FCI is a decent place, and been around a long time.

Dealer Principal is Benny Yount, who owns Paramount in Hickory too. He just opened a Maserati/Ferrari store in Charlotte, and has some Porsches there too.

I believe their service work is fine. Go see Wade if you need parts, and tell him Eric the Plug Guy sent you!

Sales-wise, shop around and make sure you do your homework beforehand (as with any dealer).

If that is where you live, you should be fine.

 

I bought my ferrari there from a nice guy Mike Windfried but he is not there anymore. The rest of the staff did not treat me well when I traded my porsche in. I made the mistake of striking the deal that when they got my porsche trade in they would take out the aftermarket stereo system for me. They ruined almost every piece and wouldnt take any responsibilty. I will never do any business with them again.

I bought 3 Porsches from them over the phone. The first guy I dealt with left, but I bought the last 2 from Lawrence the GM. They always treated me well.

 

Hey Bashy. Welcome to the forum. As does the Plug Guy, I live in Charlotte as well. I never bought nor serviced any of my P-cars at FCI. Gave them the opportunity to quote, but their condescending attitude and pricing ran me off. Funny thing is I bought all my P-cars (3 996s, Boxster and a BMW 235) from Paramount in Hickory, which is also owned by Benny Yount. Liked their attitude and pricing much better. Just had a great service experience with Paramount as well.
