Live Update: Made a boost leak tester, pressure tested from the turbos....

Passenger side upper intercooler hose has a HUGE boost leak and the drivers side upper has a small leak..... There is a speed tech New style Y pipe and speed tech intercoolers on the car. They are connected by 2.5 inch blue marine hose which is made from plastic. It seems that the passenger side was resting on the motor mount which got chaffed and ripped. More to come

Many thanks to : Markski TTboost and those who participated in my labor day thread!!!

Update: after i found the boost leak, i decided to make new upper intercooler piping from silicone to solve the problem. I ordered up 2 45 degree silicone bends from vibrant, and went to work.

Once the y pipe, air box, bumper were off and the intercoolers were pulled back it was just a matter of measuring them and fitting them properly. They naturally nearly fit. I also used vibrant T-bolt clamps and a shot of hair spray, Mega hold of course to insure a proper hold.

Once button back up. I took it for a ride, matter of fact i drive it all day putting about 100 miles on it. I barely got into boost just wanted to feel it all out and make sure i was not going to be stranded. Once i came back home i gave it a full throttle full boost (on meth) run.... Lets just say it passed the test!!! It held boost as it should. so far so good. In the future i am going to make some slight revisions to the piping to make it that much better but for now it is perfect.

On to my P0045 code well i figured that one out too. Apparently when you turn the water meth off it runs wastegate boost only, it must shut down power to the n75 allowing it to do so. When you clear the code with the meth off the code will never erase. Once you turn the meth on and clear the code and it will erase as it should.

Pics to come

Per the request of Markski i made a boost tester from the turbos. All i did was get a 2 inch rubber coupler and a cap clamped it all down drilled a hole and threaded in a nipple for my air compressor. I have a fitting with a gauge and a **** to regulate it i set it at 25 and stopped the flow. I immediately heard the major leak

I also did the same but with no nipple and capped the other turbo.
