KW V3 Settings for Tracking

I have 15+ track days with my KW V3s with the factory settings.

Have not had a chance to let a more experienced driver take my car out for their input.

What do you recommend from your experience for bump and rebound settings for tracking?

TIA

Totally depends on the track and driver, which is why they are adjustable. No 'right' setting but plenty of wrong ones
