How much you want to bet there was a second driver in the passenger seat. You can easily hide someone as the camera passes the car and even giving the guy a hoo-hah as they pass.

I agree there was definitely someone else in the car.... if you look at the road its not even perfectly straight, its a slow long bend... all in all if your into stunts that was pretty cool lol

Holy jesus, that was insane. There is no way there wasn't someone else holding the wheel while he was outside the car though. Man, that's just absolutely retarded. Talk about unacceptable levels of risk, particularly doing it on public roads!!!!
