I actually think this is a perfect time to upgrade your turbos!!!
lived there for 4 years myself.... your going to love the roads there man, some sick places to drive outside the city, much more at ease opening up my car there then in NY.... also don't forget no points

I've spent lots of time in Baltimore. Loud cars are the least of their worries. You could also rent this and go styling around the innner harbor.
