MAF test, got over voltage reading

My reading is turn the key to ignition without starting - 1 Volt
Start the car - 1.7 Volt
Give a bit throttle, jump to 2 Volt
Sounds like not a good MAF reading right? Besides, I have no got on code but hesitation.
