Will I need spacers?
Going to run a 265/30/19 front tire with a 49 offset rim, will I need spacers? and if so approximately how big?

I think you'll be fine. I'm running 265s on an ET 46 9.5" wheel

Its a 49 et, so am i 3 mm closer to fender then you ari? Or is it the other way and closer to the shock?
