Dirty Fuel Filter

This is the result of my fuel filter after only 6/7K miles. 3 Weeks after buying my car it had a spluttering issue and it was a clogged fuel filter, that got changed and i had no problems since, and then after discovering that was the issue I kept a mental note to regularly change the fuel filter, I thot every 10K would be sufficient but as the car was going to be having some upgrades I thot I may as well do all service items while i'm at it, undid the fuel filter and this is wot came out...
Do i have dirt in my fuel tank?? SHould I remove my fuel tank and clean it out??

Changed mine out recently after 30K and the fuel was very clean. Are you sure it's dirt? Maybe it's from your fuel tank, fuel pump parts failing, or bad batch(es) of gasoline?

How do I narrow it down to which one of the above you mentioned it is??

I know that I use the same fuel station and the same pump at that station 95% of the time I fill up. So could it be that??

it could be your fuel station.....fill up a separate fuel sample and analyse it

but you schould clean your tank and check fuelpump
