rear tires inner treads gone..

We have been selling and installing a lot of RSS dog bone & rear link kits. It's the basic parts to adjust the alignment within spec after lowering.
Tires are expensive and the selection is limited right now for 19" wheels so get the most performance and life out of the tires

Questions on upgrade path
I have an '04 X50 and I'm about ready to put the car up to the next level. I'm a 10+ year Porsche 996 guy, and also a pretty serious car modder. There are two primary things I want to address:
1. A better handling suspension setup.
2. More power.
It's stock other than I have 19" HRE wheels on it right now, an mashaw GT2 front bumper cover with carbon lip, and the requisite cleared corners. I already have a factory short shifter, sport seats, and sport steering wheel. The car is mostly street driven, but does go to the track at least a few times a year. I have the OEM GT3-style wheels still that I'm planning to put dedicated track tires on. I also have an issue with the ride height because with the different front and lip, I'm already pretty low, and scrape pretty easily.
Here's where I've gotten so far in what I'm thinking for next steps for the suspension:
1a. X73 suspension - Factory designed and not too big a drop, plus much better performance than stock.
OR
1b. H&R springs and Bilstein HD struts.
2. Sway bars & end links - I'm still on the fence about these since I'm wondering how much difference they'll make with the X73 versus the difference they'll make with the stock suspension.
3. Better alignment.
Here's what I'm thinking in terms of the power:
1. EPL high altitude flash. I'm at 8000' and my normal driving range is 5,000-11,000 feet.
2. Upgraded fuel pressure regulator.
3. Billet diverter valves.
4. One step colder plugs.
5. BMC air filter.
6. Lots of GIANT ricey stickers guaranteed to add at least 50 WHP (j/k of course ).
I've spent quite a bit of time looking at this, and I'm curious on other people's thoughts about whether this would be a good package. I definitely want to improve the track capabilities of the car, but I don't need a track animal. I also want to maintain a decent street car since it does 10,000 miles/year or so on the street.
I'm trying to limit my budget somewhat since I have two other major modding projects ongoing right now and the money tree I planted in my yard hasn't started growing yet...
