Gt2 handling mystery solved and suspension upgrade started
Many of you might remember my recent post about my new GT2 and its lessthan satisfactory handling.
Today guys at RPM North sturted suspension upgrade and we immediatly ran in to its first problem
Car has Moton Clubsport 2 way but it was build using stock springs
As we took wheels off we have seen what 5-6 coils on the rear spring have compression bound together.
That should explain all of my complaints.
Now - as far as build goes -
Car is beeing upgraded with
RSS adjustable Monoballslower control arms with ,
RSS dog bones
RSS rear toe links
Tarett Front Extended Sway bar drop links
Tarett rear sway drop links,
Tarett front tie Rod with bump steer
Tarett rear monoball shock mount
Tarett front/rear tension/compression links
Torque Solutions Engine mounts,
997 Transmission mount
Guard LSD with 1.6mm gap
After that car would be race aligned, corner weighted...
That should give me a lot of things to try to adjust ))))))))))))))))))))
Question - for semi-rough street surfaces what would be a good spring ratio and nitrogen preassure(as a starting point)
I do not need it full soft - firm and with proper compliance and capable to be good on the track
Thanks

Canister pressures at 150lbs, 600-800 spring rates for a street driven/occassional track car... And keep the toe at 0, NEUTRAL... Toe out/in on these car's for anything but the racetrack is a nightmare.
