Steering Wheel Replaced
Would have made the shifting so much more fun you know?
In general, I think the center section of that steering wheel is hideous. Not because it's on your car, but its the main reason I haven't bought one.
I was looking for a thinker wheel, but the only option seems to be the one you have, and it's ugly as sin (in general).
Typically, I dislike the tan interior, but your shots make it look nice.
Rep'd since I came off sounding like a royal ******.

Actually, my interior color is not tan (there is a tan option); it is natural leather color. It is not for everyone but it is a good match with my exterior color. Thanks for the rep.
I like it Eugene. It looks good and it also breaks off from all the natural leather and stands out.
p.s. Guys, the natural leather interior is hands down the nicest interior for a 996. I have seen it on Eugenes car which is amazing and also on Grahams GT2. I wish I had natural leather.

Thanks Enrique! Have you been to the track since you have the new wheels and slicks? Let us know the outcome!
I don't think the majority of the comments were saying my interior color was bad but they just don't like it matching with the black steering wheel. That's perfectly understandable and I don't expect everyone would like it. Since color matching with my interior is almost impossible due to the leather aging, I went with the next best thing which was black. My point was just shared my new toy and all comments are welcome. I have always wanted a paddle shift steering wheel and I got it, and the icing on the cake is how good it feels in my hands.
Have you talked to Guy lately? I'm up for a drive... need some drive time with the new steering wheel.

Thank you much!
I could see the deep grip, very ergo looking. If I have a 6speed, I would probably stay with the old wheel. Since I have a Tip, paddle is the way that I wanted to go.
Thank you for the pics.
Thank you for the pics.
Thanks boca, I like it.
It will require some drive time to get used to; but the shifters are at the right place. I had accidentally changed gear a couple of times with the old wheel because the ***** of my thumbs were too closed to the shifters (I always drive in 3-9 position).

Just a little follow up on this thread, I got some driving time on this steering wheel and some twisty roads. I was surprised how much driving adjustments needed for just a steering wheel changed. Once I got used to the wheel, the turns on twisty road are precise, fun, and effortless; I like this steering wheel very much. For those that are thinking getting this, I think you'll enjoy it.
