i launch at 3.6-4k on the street and 5-5.5k on the track depending on temperature of the ground. very quick slip, no drops

it didnt look too bad actually. you slept a bit and the gtr was moving before you even got on the gas so its gard to judge, and his launch was better. in arm drop races you can pickup wins from better reaction times then best 60's. trying to get a perfect launch slows down reaction time alot unles launch control is used, just because it takes concentration away from the light/armdrop to the tach.

have you tracked your car? I was thinking of going for bigger turbos, I currently have 2 sets, the hybrids gt28 and a set of A28s.. but I am now leaning more towards track and the hybrids seem to spool so much faster than the alphas.. I wonder how biger turbos feel..

here is my first track day

I was in that 2012 GTR both times you guys raced. It is unbelievable how well those things launch. The driver had it in full "r" mode and left the tranny in automatic. so easy my grandma could launch it.... I have a video from the passenger seat of one of the runs.... let me see if I can post it...

hahah true, he is going to be at the track on sunday but he is always down to go driving so next time I am sure he will come out.

I just got a 75mm ypipe for the car, the install is not hard but I always seem to run into a problem whenever I am installing something new lol

We are a private car club (drivingforceclub.com). you need to come with an existing member to one of the many events. After everybody meets you, your in. We have lots of fun ( and safe) events all year round. Where just a bunch of car nuts from the tri-state area and many are long time members of 6speed.

I heard no more turbos were being allowed since there were so many.. that's why I never tried to join, I have like 10 friends who are members

Alan I got the speedtech one, now I need to get me set of bigger intercoolers and hopefully the mod bug will die for a little bit
