Hi,

My car is running way too rich - if there is such a thing as too rich.

I'm at 10.69, I like the extra margin of error but also know that I'm 35+ TQ short of where I could be.

What are the AFRs on a stock car, a Ruf Turbo R, an EVO Stage 4GTR, etc?

KA runs 12.8-1 to 13.1-1. Had the motor apart ....... no detonation.

LOL, that is what happens I guess when you get old eh...make a stance. On 100 Octane I would be game for a 13.

 

Im 10.5 to 11.5 apprx. on race fuel(100) full throttle 4 rth gear

I turned the wastegates a turn and a half down(counter- clock)....
I was at 1.5 bars in 5th gear... a couple of times it put me into limp mode... but only in 5th @1.5bars- loading the gears. When i see you( actually i was thinking very soon Stephen.. I would like you to address this issue.) I'm sure it an adjustment. plus the map was not written for the 5 bar fuel pressure regulator( and thats what I have). I want to find a sweet spot of 1.3 bars.

Stephen is that enought fuel to keep things cool on a air cooled motor???

 

When done right. We have everything in this motor. Name it from Flame ring to shuffle pins. It has it. It is also a full Motec M48 Pro.
