tkuwaha is infamous around these parts
Your engine actually sounds healthy. I don't think you have anything to worry about. I've heard others that are MUCH louder than yours without any catastrophic IMS failures. Enjoy the car!

I have to agree ...

I wouldn't waste your money with a flatbed, give it some more time to see if the sound gets louder, and if you still decide to have it looked at, and their are problems, be sure to get a second opinion.

Your car is quieter than the other video in this thread, I imagine different exhausts could accentuate the sound.

Sofar so good!

The car was transported to the shop this morning. No problems found. Keep fingers crossed.White "smoke" is definitely condensation / steam (no smell to it at all) so I am happy about that one ( it's very humid in the Bay area with morning fog - I hate it!!).

Thanks to all of you that put my mind at rest... having owned airplanes with turbo's.... man... there is always something to worry about.. It ALWAYS ends up as a short sharp pain in the pocket book.
